Salary: £45,000 per annum + performance related KPI bonus
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Interim Registered Manager to lead our friendly and dedicated homecare team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established Registered Manager who can provide strong leadership, maintain high standards of care, and support a well-established branch that delivers high-quality domiciliary care to private clients.
About The Role
You will be responsible for the day to day management of the branch, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, maintaining exceptional standards of care, and supporting the team to deliver person-centred services that enable people to remain independent in their own homes.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary/homecare services.
- Has a thorough understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
- Has experience managing homecare services.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills.
- Is confident in maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement.
- Can build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals.
- Is organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
