Autism Anglia, a well-established independent charity, are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Residential House and Opportunities Centre in Dereham. You’ll provide strong, visible leadership — ensuring safe, high-quality, person‑centred support while inspiring and developing your teams.

Competitive based on experience
Hours
Full-time: 37 hours per week

About The Role
- Lead day-to-day operations across residential and day services
- Ensure compliance with CQC, safeguarding, and Health & Safety standards
- Recruit, develop, and support a skilled, motivated staff team
- Oversee personalised support plans, risk assessments, and reviews
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing efficiently
- Work closely with families, professionals, and external agencies
- Drive continuous improvement and promote meaningful community engagement

We Welcome Applications From Individuals Who
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Management & Leadership qualification (or working towards)
- Significant experience supporting autistic people and/or those with learning disabilities
- Strong knowledge of social care legislation and community services
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
