Role Description: Registered Manager (Full-Time, On-Site)
Role Overview
The Registered Manager provides full-time, on-site leadership within Greater London, with responsibility for day-to-day management of care services across:
- Supported living
- Community support settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Oversight
- Ensure care plans are person-centred, outcome-focused, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience
📌 Demonstrated experience managing care services for adults, including:
- Supported living
- Community support
- Equivalent regulated settings 📌 Thorough knowledge of:
- Regulatory frameworks (e.g., CQC, Safeguarding Adults)
- Safeguarding practices
Leadership & Management Skills
🔸 Staff oversight: Supervising, developing, and motivating teams. 🔸 Performance management: Identifying goals, addressing underperformance, and ensuring consistency in high standards. 🔸 Workforce planning: Ensuring adequate staffing and training alignment with service needs. 🔸 Culture building: Inspire inclusivity and collaborativeness across teams.
