Care Professional Opportunity – Locality Manager (Lincolnshire)
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity within the Lincolnshire region for a Locality Manager, overseeing high-quality care services across multiple locations.
We’re seeking an inspiring and compassionate Locality Manager to:
- Lead services across the region
- Ensure residents live safe, fulfilled, and dignified lives
- Maintain and drive excellence across multiple homes
A Day in the Life
As the Locality Manager, you’ll drive the creation of safe, effective, and caring environments across your services. Your focus will be on:
Delivering Outstanding Care
- Ensuring personalised support for residents, promoting dignity, individuality, and choice
- Regularly monitoring and reviewing care plans to adapt to physical and mental health needs
- Supporting multiple homes across Lincolnshire

Driving Quality & Compliance
- Conducting audits to assess care standards and implement swift improvements
- Maintaining robust risk assessments to safeguard residents
Leading & Developing Teams
- Recruiting, training, and motivating staff across multiple services
- Managing performance, supervision, and disciplinary processes
- Creating effective rotas and contingency plans for seamless care delivery
Ensuring Accountability & Transparency
- Handling safeguarding, complaints, and incident reports with professionalism
- Full duty of candor—transparency with residents, families, and external agencies
Your Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care/Management (or equivalent) OR A First Level Nurse or qualified Social Worker
- Ideally:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a residential care setting
- Management experience in multi-site or locality-based roles
- Strong knowledge of adult care regulations and frameworks
- Essential skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making
- Ability to support complex client groups
- Experience working with vulnerable adults
- Desirable:
- QCF Assessors qualification
