About The Role

As Registered Manager, you’ll:

Lead and support a dedicated team Oversee care delivery and ensure compliance with CQC standards Develop and implement systems that promote high-quality, person-centred care Champion a culture of continuous improvement and empowerment

Requirements

Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) Strong leadership skills and a passion for inclusive care
