Job Introduction
REGISTERED MANAGER – PARKVIEW
Location: Bexleyheath
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits
Full Time | Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead one of our established Residential Care Homes.
This is an opportunity to join a progressive care provider committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care while creating a positive and supportive environment for residents and colleagues alike.
As Registered Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring high-quality care delivery, regulatory compliance, team development, and commercial performance.
The Role
As The Leader Of The Home, You Will
- Provide visible and inspiring leadership to your team
- Ensure the home consistently delivers high-quality, person-centred care
- Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards
- Lead recruitment, retention, and development of care teams
- Promote a positive culture focused on dignity, respect, and resident wellbeing
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals
- Monitor and improve occupancy levels and overall home performance
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives

About You
We are looking for a confident and compassionate leader who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, or experienced Deputy Manager within residential care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing residential, dementia, elderly care, or similar services
- Commercial awareness and financial management capability
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
