Working Closely With An Experienced Area Manager And Regional Director, You Will Lead The Delivery Of Outstanding Care And Support For Working-age Adults With Complex Needs, Including

  • Learning disabilities
  • Physical disabilities
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Behaviours that challenge

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support
  • Ensure the service operates safely, effectively, and in line with regulatory requirements
  • Support individuals with complex needs to achieve positive outcomes and increased independence
  • Build and sustain a positive team culture through coaching, supervision, training, and ongoing development
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership and external professionals to continuously improve service quality
  • Lead with purpose, inspire your team, and uphold the highest standards of care while shaping a new service from its foundation

What You’ll Bring:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or working towards)
  • Strong experience in operational leadership and people management
  • A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
  • A genuine passion for high-quality, person-centred care and the ability to lead by example
