Working Closely With An Experienced Area Manager And Regional Director, You Will Lead The Delivery Of Outstanding Care And Support For Working-age Adults With Complex Needs, Including
- Learning disabilities
- Physical disabilities
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

In This Role, You Will
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support
- Ensure the service operates safely, effectively, and in line with regulatory requirements
- Support individuals with complex needs to achieve positive outcomes and increased independence
- Build and sustain a positive team culture through coaching, supervision, training, and ongoing development
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership and external professionals to continuously improve service quality
- Lead with purpose, inspire your team, and uphold the highest standards of care while shaping a new service from its foundation

What You’ll Bring:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or working towards)
- Strong experience in operational leadership and people management
- A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
- A genuine passion for high-quality, person-centred care and the ability to lead by example
