Location
Community-based, multi-site role covering:
- Bedfordshire
- Buckinghamshire
- Hertfordshire
- North London
Cura Vita Complex Care Group is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to help lead and develop our Supported Living and Community Services.
This is a newly created leadership role, designed to strengthen clinical oversight, governance, quality assurance, and operational excellence across our growing services.
We support adults with:
- Learning Disabilities
- Autism
- Mental Health needs
- Complex Care requirements
Our mission is to deliver person-centred support that promotes independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.
This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation at an exciting stage of development. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in:

Responsibilities
Leadership & Governance
- Provide leadership across supported living and community services
- Support clinical governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
- Complete and oversee competency assessments and clinical sign-offs
- Lead audits, service improvement initiatives, and quality reviews
Safeguarding & Compliance
- Support safeguarding investigations, incident reviews, and risk management
Staff Development
- Coach and develop staff teams to deliver outstanding care
- Work closely with service users, families, professionals, and commissioners
Service Growth & Continuous Improvement
- Support service development, assessments, transitions, and growth opportunities
- Maintain high standards of care, compliance, and operational performance
Essential Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Active NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as:
- Registered Manager
- Service Manager
- Senior leadership role in regulated health or social care services
- Strong understanding of:
- Governance
- Safeguarding
- Quality standards

Additional Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to travel regularly across multiple service locations
