Liquid Personnel is recruiting Registered Manager for its client at Oxford.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to join a reputable and established multi-home organisation. In this role, you will hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of an 8-bed Children’s Home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services. You will be accountable for the welfare, safety, security, and development of all children and young people in your care, helping them achieve positive outcomes within a safe and nurturing environment.
The home currently holds a Good Ofsted rating, and you will lead, support, and manage a dedicated team of staff responsible for promoting the physical, psychological, emotional, and social development of the children and young people. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding residential childcare services and maintaining high standards of care and compliance.

What will your responsibilities be?
- Reporting to the Operations Manager and with the support of an Assistant Manager, you will effectively and efficiently manage a Multi-Building Registration.
- Responsible for the leadership, management, and operation of your service, supporting children and young people.
- Through your positive outlook and ability to see beyond behaviours work towards the progression and development of the children we look after.
- Set the operational direction and organise the effective running of the service to meet its statement of purpose.
- Mentor and support residential support workers to be the best they can be.
- Work in partnership with external agencies.
Benefits:
- Bonuses: Bonus of 10% of salary reviewed annually, £2,500 on call bonus (approx. 10 weekends per year) and Attendance allowance £1,400.
- You also receive a long-term incentive plan – a bonus of 30% of salary accrued each year and paid as a future lump sum.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- A Level 5 in Leadership and management (Children and Young People).
- Good knowledge around Children’s Homes regulations (2015), Children’s Homes Regulations including the quality standards.
- At least 3 years’ experience within a children’s residential homes and 1 years’ experience at a Senior level.
- A Full UK driving licence.
