Registered Manager
Location: Wellingborough, NN8 4PL Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, with flexibility to meet service needs) Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

Ashbrook House A 4-bed supported living service for adults with:
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Mental health needs
The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals develop independence, daily living skills, and pursue personal goals. Activities include cinema, swimming, walking, holidays, and community engagement to keep residents active and connected.
Stanley Road A 6-bed supported living service specialising in adults with:
- Learning disabilities
- Challenging behaviours
- Dual diagnosis
Similar to Ashbrook House, the focus is on independence, structured support, and holistic development with community and in-service activities (cinema, swimming, walking, holidays) to enhance well-being.
Park View A 6-bed residential service for adults with:
- Learning disabilities
- Mental health conditions
- Autism
- Hearing impairments

About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you’ll lead a single service or a group of homes, ensuring: ✔ Excellent care standards ✔ High team performance ✔ Compliance and sustainable operations
Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, you’ll collaborate with families, commissioners, and stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for the people we support. Your responsibilities span:

- Quality – Deliver outstanding care, support, and governance.
- People – Inspire, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
- Performance – Manage resources effectively for long-term success.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Extensive management experience in adult social care.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care (or commitment to obtain it).
- In-depth knowledge of social care legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Experience supporting individuals with:
- Learning disabilities
- Mental health conditions
- Acquired brain injuries
- Expertise in budget management, rota coordination, and performance appraisal.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience leading quality assurance through audits and action planning.

Desirable
- Familiarity with therapeutic and non-aversive support approaches.
- A full UK driving licence.
