Registered Manager - Wellingborough
Registered Manager – Supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health & Autism
Location: Wellingborough, NN8 4PL Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, with flexibility to meet service needs) Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

Ashbrook House – A 4-bed supported living service supporting adults with:
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Mental health needs
The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals:
- Build independence
- Develop daily living skills
- Achieve personal goals Activities include: Cinema, swimming, walking, community outings, and holidays.
Stanley Road – A 6-bed supported living service supporting adults with:
- Learning disabilities
- Challenging behaviours
- Dual diagnosis
Like Ashbrook House, this service focuses on supporting independence while offering activities such as cinema, swimming, walking, and holidays.

Here, individuals are empowered to build independence with access to activities like shopping, hairdressers, swimming, and cinema.
About the Role
As Registered Manager, you’ll lead a service (or group of services), ensuring:
- Excellent caredelivery
- Strong team performance
- Compliance
- Sustainable service success
Key responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the Area Operations Manager
- Working closely with families, commissioners, and colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes for those in our care
- Leading across our three priorities:
- Quality – Delivering outstanding care, support, and governance
- People – Inspiring, developing, and supporting high-performing teams
- Performance – Managing resources effectively for sustainable success
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Management experience within adult social care
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care (or willingness to achieve it)
- Knowledge of social care legislation and regulatory requirements
- Experience supporting people with:
- Learning disabilities
- Mental health needs
- Acquired brain injuries
- Experience in budget, rota, and performance management
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Experience driving quality and compliance through audits and action planning

Desirable
- Knowledge of therapeutic and non-aversive support approaches
- Full UK driving licence
