About the Role
Cygnet Group are looking for a confident, experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a passion for delivering outstanding care to join our team at Cygnet Raglan House.
At Cygnet Raglan House, you will be working 42 hours per week (07:45 AM/PM till 08:00 AM/PM), including days/nights and alternative weekends.
Cygnet Raglan House is a 25 bed high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service for women. The service is designed to provide an environment that promotes mental health recovery by focusing on space, personal privacy and dignity.
Women admitted to the service often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings. Referrals can come to us from all areas, including other acute services and prison services.

Your Day-to-Day
- Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations
- Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality
- Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing
- Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals
- Administer prescribed medicines with Healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines
You are…
- Open, compassionate, honest & resilient
- Newly Qualified or Experienced RMN with a current Pin Number
- Capable to maintain documentation and undertake audits
- Well informed of the Mental Health Act 1983 & have an understanding of latest nursing practices
- Able to deputise in a clinical lead role
- Focused on patient recovery to monitor, manage & reduce risk
- Helping to empower & support service user independence
