Registered Mental Health Nurse
Registered Nurse – Dementia & General Nursing (Permanent)
About the Role
An exciting Registered Nurse position has opened at a top-rated nursing home in Chickerell, Weymouth, working with one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers.
The facility specialises in:
- General and dementia nursing
- Residential and respite care
- Support for the elderly
Current CQC rating: Good
Essential Requirements
- Must be a qualified Registered Nurse
- Must hold a current active NMC Pin
Key Responsibilities
As a Nurse, your primary duties will include:
- Accurately assessing residents’ needs and prioritizing care
- Administering medication and treatments according to NMC guidelines and company policy
- Maintaining and updating care plans in collaboration with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals
- Identifying health concerns and arranging GP/professional visits when necessary
