About This Role
Join Centenary Hospital for Women and Children (CHWC)—a Level 6 tertiary maternity centre—as a leadership-focused Registered Midwife Level 2. Support 3,800+ women annually across the ACT and surrounding regions with expertise in antenatal, birthing, and postnatal care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide woman-centred care, respecting autonomy and personalised needs.
- Lead innovative maternity services using midwifery-led continuity models and collaborative maternity care.
- Facilitate care with advanced neonatal services, including:
- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Special Care Nursery (SCN)
- ACT Neonatal Emergency Transport Service (NETS)
- Mentor and guide colleagues to promote clinical excellence and safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to enhance patient outcomes.
