Registered Nurse

Agency Nurse – Nurses UK Group

Job Summary Nurses UK Group is seeking compassionate, professional, and flexible Agency Nurses to provide high-quality patient care across a variety of healthcare settings throughout the UK. This role involves supporting hospitals, nursing homes, residential care facilities, and community healthcare services while maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice and patient wellbeing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients and residents
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
  • Administer medications and treatments in line with clinical guidelines
  • Monitor patient conditions and report concerns promptly
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Follow infection prevention, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and families
  • Adapt quickly to different clinical environments and shift requirements
  • Uphold NMC professional standards

Requirements

  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous nursing experience (preferred) in hospitals, care homes, or community settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong clinical and organisational skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts (nights, weekends, weekends, and holidays)
  • Commitment to compassionate and person-centred care
