We're recruiting Service Delivery Leads (SDLs) to join an exciting national mobile health research programme delivering participant-centred services across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses or HCPC-registered Healthcare Professionals who enjoy combining clinical leadership with operational management in a mobile healthcare setting.
The Role
As a Service Delivery Lead, you'll:
- Lead and support clinical teams in mobile clinics.
- Oversee participant flow and day-to-day operations.
- Provide clinical leadership, including supporting venepuncture where required.
- Ensure high standards of quality, governance, and participant care.
- Lead on incident management, audits, service improvements, and team support.

We're Looking For
- NMC or HCPC Registration
- Minimum 12 months' phlebotomy experience with strong venepuncture skills
- Experience in an outpatient or similar clinical setting
- Basic Life Support (ILS/ALS desirable)
- Previous leadership or team management experience
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality standards, and risk management
- Willingness to travel to mobile clinic locations across the UK
