We are currently recruiting Registered Nurses for our bank staffing model.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months’ experience in Health or Social Care
- Hold a valid NMC PIN number, adhering to the standards of practice
- Have a passion for mentoring colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor for students
- Excel in effective communication—both verbal and written—and demonstrate professional conduct
- Deliver person-centred care, advocacy, and support to residents and their families
Key Responsibilities in Safeguarding:
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You must:
- Recognise signs of potential abuse, harm, or neglect in all forms
- Attend safeguarding training relevant to your role and complete additional related learning
- Seek and escalate concerns promptly if no action is taken
