About the Role
Nurses UK Group is seeking compassionate, professional, and flexible Agency Nurses to deliver high-quality patient care across diverse healthcare settings across the UK. The role supports hospitals, nursing homes, residential care facilities and community healthcare services while upholding strict clinical practice and patient wellbeing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients and residents
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Monitor patient conditions and report concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Strict adherence to infection prevention, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams and multi-disciplinary professionals
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and families
- Adapt swiftly to varied clinical environments and shift requirements
- Uphold professional standards set by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)

Requirements
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
- Preferred: prior nursing experience in hospital, care home, or community settings
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of working independently and under pressure
- Strong clinical and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and bank holidays
- Commitment to compassionate and person-centred care
