Are you a Registered Nurse with the NMC seeking an exciting opportunity to develop specialist skills in renal dialysis nursing?

No prior experience is strictly necessary – if you have the right attitude, aptitude, passion, and a willingness to adapt, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing autonomous renal dialysis nursing within a multi-disciplinary team environment
  • Assessing patients’ ongoing needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating tailored care plans
  • Demonstrating excellent clinical judgement, sensitivity, and competency in both technical and holistic care
  • Working both independently and collaboratively with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare professionals

This is a full-time position operating 37.5 hours per week, primarily on:

  • Monday to Saturday shifts (typically 06:30–18:00 hours)
  • No Sunday or night shifts

Potential hours may increase in line with business requirements.

Essential requirements:

  • NMC Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Diploma/degree in Nursing
  • Experience working in a Nursing or medical care environment (e.g., NHS, private care) -Ability to work independently, demonstrate clinical critical thinking, and holistic patient care
  • Work-life balance and a can-do attitude - we find a large proportion of Fresenius staff do not have healthcare experience prior to joining us

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
