Your Role as Sanctuary Care Nurse
You will:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care, aligning with the NMC Code of Conduct.
- Demonstrate exceptional clinical competence using evidence-based research and practiced standards.
- Exude effective communication and accurate record-keeping skills.
- Show a commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
- Develop and manage holistic care plans, handling complex scenarios and emergencies seasonally.
- Lead and mentor a team of care professionals with kindness and compassion.
- Collaborate with internal and external healthcare teams to support resident needs.
- Support the growth and education of clinical colleagues and student nurses under your care.
- Champion a deep respect and understanding of individual older people’s needs and preferences.
