Competitive Pay: £24.00 - £43.50 per hour

As a Registered Nurse with Nurses UK, you will be pivotal in assessing patient needs, delivering personalized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care across a variety of clinical environments.
  • Assess and monitor patient health status and requirements.
  • Create and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments competently.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance and preventive strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe environment.
  • Exercise autonomy in clinical decision-making within your professional scope.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) with a current, valid PIN.
  • Proven UK nursing experience in relevant clinical settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong commitment to ethical nursing practices and patient-centered care.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including day and night duties.
