Competitive Pay: £24.00 - £43.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care across a variety of clinical environments.
- Assess and monitor patient health status and requirements.
- Create and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments competently.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and preventive strategies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe environment.
- Exercise autonomy in clinical decision-making within your professional scope.

Candidate Requirements:
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) with a current, valid PIN.
- Proven UK nursing experience in relevant clinical settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Strong commitment to ethical nursing practices and patient-centered care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including day and night duties.

Requirements
- Valid NMC registration with a current PIN.
- UK nursing experience required.

- Flexible availability for shifts including days and nights.

- Outstanding Rates of Pay as an Agency Staff Nurse – RGN / RMN : Pay Rate up to £24.00 - £43.50 per hour
- EARN £1,000 to £1,500 PER WEEK AS AN AGENCY NURSE (RGN / RMN)
