Registered Nurse (Days)
Bupa – Hadley Lawns Care Home 📍 Kitts End Road, Hadley Highstone, Barnet, EN5 4QE
Salary: £21.40–£23.64 per hour
Contracts available: Hybrid flexible working options • Primary shifts: 3x 12-hour days per week (36-hour weekly contract) • Paid breaks included • £1,000 starter bonus

This role includes comprehensive training on digital care solutions, helping you excel in clinical expertise while advancing toward best practice across our partner homes. With 75+ years of experience, we’re here to mentor and support you, whether as an experienced clinician or caregiver looking to grow your skills.
Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in our person-centred approach by:
• Ensuring holistic well-being: Fulfilling your responsibility to care for our residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs while partnering with families and colleagues. • Leading professional development: Coaching team members with formal teaching programs tailored to individual needs, upholding technologies and standards of care. • Delivering care excellence: Performing daily resident assessments, crafting and implementing personalised care plans, and evaluating outcomes for continuous improvement. • Maintaining clinical excellence: Overseeing policies, administrative procedures, and legislative compliance (e.g., for CQC requirements) while ensuring quality medication management. • Guiding team success: Providing consultation, mentoring, and standardised best-practice support to nursing staff and allied teams.

Requirements and Skills
To become a valued Registered Nurse with Bupa, you must meet the following criteria:
• A registered nurse status (valid NMC PIN required). • Experience ensuring clinical standards, policy adherence, and current care regulation compliance. • Strong clinical guidance skills for care teams, including CQC supervision tasks. • Smartly adaptable problem-solving for emergency situations, showing confident, independent leadership with diverse patient care. • An empathetic connection to families, fostering trust to accommodate their support needs. • Excellent communication ensures seamless clinical reporting and collaboration with consolidate healthcare teams.
