Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will:
- Build on your existing skill set and practice in a nurse-led environment.
- Develop complex decision-making and collaborative skills.
- Make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable.
- Guide and support them in life-changing decisions — a role that is humbling and rewarding.
- Mentor and share your knowledge with Colleagues.
- Provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
- Ensure effective communication, verbally and in writing.
- Role-model professional behaviours.
- Advocate and deliver person-centred care for the people living in our care home and their families.
- Recognise signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to act.
- Undergo safeguarding training and escalate concerns if necessary.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months’ experience in Health or Social Care.
- Hold a valid PIN number.
- Commit to the standards of practice set by the NMC.
- Have a passion to mentor and share your knowledge with colleagues.
- Demonstrate effective communication and professional behaviours.
- Completion of safeguarding training.
- Hold the right to work in the UK.
