Key Responsibilities
Deliver individualized nursing care tailored to patient needs. Monitor patient health status and report changes. Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with healthcare regulations. Promote health and safety standards within care environments. Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.
Requirements
Valid NMC registration with current UK Nursing experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in fast-paced healthcare settings. Commitment to high standards of patient-centered care and ethical nursing practice.
