Registered Nurse

Position: Registered Nurse
Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire
Pay rate: £24.36 per hour + Excellent added benefits
Hours: Full time, (Days or Nights available)

Careermakers is recruiting for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a reputable nursing & care home in the heart of Sleaford. This medium bedded purpose-built home caters to residents with nursing, dementia & residential care needs. As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure the correct care is provided to residents.

Responsibilities as a Registered Nurse:

  • Deliver person-centred care to residents, including medication administration and health monitoring
  • Work with care staff and external professionals to maintain and update care plans

Requirements as a Registered Nurse:

  • Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
  • Active NMC Pin
  • Previous nursing home experience
