Our purpose-built, luxury 67-bed care facility is located in the charming town of Newton Mearns, East Renfrewshire. We are proud to provide a range of services which includes Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Respite & Palliative Care.
Registered Nurse RGN or RMN Contract
- Salary: £22.74 per hour
- Hours: Full Time Day shift or Night shift Available
- Benefits:
- Paid PVG

- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Ongoing training, clinical updates, and funded development, with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead, and Management roles, within a well-led, professional environment where your skills are recognized and developed.
Role Overview
As Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care while taking responsibility for maintaining safe, effective, and person-centred practice across your shift. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice.

- Assess needs
- Develop and review care plans
- Administer medication
- Monitor changes in physical and mental health
Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions, and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care at all times.
Working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, you will use your judgement and experience to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to a well-organized, professional environment where dignity, independence, and wellbeing are always prioritized.
What We Are Looking For
- Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN
- Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills
- Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Experience in a care home setting is beneficial, however we welcome nurses from a range of backgrounds who are keen to develop within this environment
