Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) – Contract Role at Beechgrove Care Home
Location – Lanark (Picturesque countryside setting) Resident Capacity – Specialist care for 70 residents
Salary – £20.55 per hour Contract Type – Full-time (contracted hours) Benefits

Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN), you will be central to delivering high-quality, clinically led care within a supportive setting. Duties include:
- Assessing and monitoring residents’ needs, developing care plans, administering medication, and tracking changes in physical and mental health
- Leading shifts, ensuring clinical standards are maintained and care is delivered promptly and consistently in line with best practice
- Supporting the care team through judgement, supervision, and leadership
- Collaborating with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to uphold quality, dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a professional, well-organised environment

What We Are Looking For
Applicants must hold:
- A qualification as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mentally Ill Nurse (RMN)
- An active NMC PIN
Ideal candidates should also demonstrate:
- Strong clinical judgement and independent decision-making
- Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a care team
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Previous experience in a care home setting is advantageous, but we welcome diverse backgrounds
- Willingness to develop within the role
