Registered Nurse RGN or RMN – £22.60 per hour
About the Role
Ashridge Court Care Centre is a bright, modern care home nestled near Bexhill-on-Sea in the East Sussex countryside. Offering stunning sea views and tranquil gardens, the home provides high-quality general nursing care for up to 63 residents in spacious, stylish rooms. Our mission is rooted in compassionate support, always delivered with dignity, empathy, and respect.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our dedicated team and play a central role in delivering expert, person-centred care. This full-time position offers £22.60 per hour, a 24-hour contract, paid DBS, including a generous 5.6 weeks annual leave.
Role Overview
You will provide clinical leadership from a patient-centred approach, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care across your shift. Your responsibilities include:

- Assessing, developing, and reviewing residents' care plans
- Administering medication and monitoring physical and mental health mobility
- Leading shifts, guiding and mentoring your care team
- Making informed clinical decisions and responding to changes promptly
- Ensuring accuracy in documentation and consistency with best practices
- Working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to uphold high standards of care trust, respect, passion, kindness, and inclusivity

What We Are Looking For

- A qualified RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN
- Strong clinical judgement and confident decision-making skills
- Ability to lead shifts while supporting and motivating a team
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in a care home setting is desirable but we welcome enthusiastic nurses from diverse backgrounds eager to grow
