About the Role
We are searching for calm, patient, hardworking individuals with a friendly disposition who are eager to be part of our caring team. As a Registered Nurse or Mental Health Nurse with us, you will deliver high-quality care, ensuring residents’ needs are consistently met.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide care of the highest standard for residents.
- Maintain and uphold clinical standards in a day-to-day environment.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to prioritise residents’ needs.
- Operate within a Positive Behaviour Support Framework.
- Accept responsibility, manage stress, and build confidence as a skilled practitioner.
- Adhere to agreed guidelines and work within a supportive team ethos.

We require flexibility to cover shifts including:
- Day shifts
- Night shifts
- Sleep-in shifts
- Waking watches
This reflects our 24-hour, seven-day-a-week care environment. We will accommodate your available shifts where possible.
Key Opportunity – Registered Nurse Role
Take on the responsible role of a Registered Nurse within a Nursing Home based in Chorley. Your duties will include:
- Collaborating with the individual’s circle of support to ensure they live happy, healthy lives.
- Achieving personalised goals and aspirations through person-centred planning.
- Building skills that support a successful Nursing career.

Requirements
- Registered General Nurse or Mental Health Nurse.
