Community Integrated Care – Registered nurse – London

About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is:

Now Joining Glenwood Care Home – Ditton, Widnes
Location:
Widnes, Ditton
Role Type:
Bank-sized care nurse (vacancies to cover annual leave and sickness)
Feeling of Home
We aren’t merely a care facility—we’re a cosy residential community within two six-bedroom bungalow dwellings: Brown House and Hampson House. Our bustling residential area offers enriching daily routines while uplifting the lives of residents aged 24-68.
Resident Support
Our team handles:
- Medication management (including buccal midazolam, catheter and nebuliser care)
- Assistance with daily living — personal care, activities and maintaining connectedness with family and friends
- Supporting independence with encouragement, skill-building, and fostering meaningful connections
Key Requirements
- NMC Registered Nurse with a valid PIN registration
- Enhanced observation, communication and clinical skills
- A warm, compassionate approach and commitment to collaborative teamwork
- (Desirable) Previous experience managing teams in care settings
