Job Introduction
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care.
Ideal Candidate
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for caring for others.
