About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Staff Nurse (Registered Mental Nurse, RMN) to join the team at Bryn Hesketh. We welcome your application for this vital role in our organisation.

Main Duties
The successful Band 5 Staff Nurse (RMN) will be responsible for:
- Patient assessments and evidence-based treatments, including:
- Risk assessments
- Care and treatment planning
- Specific health interventions
- Health promotion
- Working flexible shift patterns, including unsociable hours to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.
- Effective communication to engage patients in their treatment and ensure continuity of care.
- Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
