About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Staff Nurse (RNM) to join Bryn Hesketh, Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. Applicants are invited to apply—we look forward to your submission.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting assessments and treatments for patients, including:
    • Risk assessment
    • Caring for patients and developing care and treatment plans
    • Implementing evidence-based health interventions
    • Providing health promotion
  • Working shifts that may include unsociable hours to cater to patient needs.
  • Employing effective communication to keep patients engaged, involved, and informed.
  • Supporting service development and improvement.
