An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Staff Nurse (RMN) to join the Bryn Hesketh team. We look forward to your application.
### Job Overview A new role has opened for 40 hours per week, including shift work.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The postholder will be responsible for:

Conducting assessments and treatments for patients, including:
- Risk assessments
- Care and treatment planning
- Implementing evidence-based health interventions
- Health promotion activities

Working across multiple shifts, including unsociable hours, to ensure seamless coverage for patients.

Utilising effective communication to:
- Engage patients in their treatment pathway
- Maintain service contact
- Support service development and continuous improvement
