Registered Nurse
Registered Nurse - Renal Dialysis Unit
Are you an NMC Registered Nurse seeking an exciting new opportunity to learn specialist skills in renal dialysis nursing? You may have NHS experience or have worked in the private care sector, but whatever your Nursing background, with the right attitude and aptitude, this opportunity awaits you!
About the Role
Being a Dialysis Nurse requires commitment, passion, and the skills and competencies to align with the technical nursing aspects while providing holistic patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Work autonomously, managing patient assessments of care needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans for patients with:
- Chronic kidney disease
- Acute kidney injury
- Provide renal dialysis treatment across 10 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 40 patients.
- Operate in a setting requiring technical precision alongside compassionate patient-centered care.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), with shifts running between 06:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
