Experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Care Home Role
Axis Recruitment aims to fill a Registered General Nurse (RGN) position for a care home in partnership with Axis, focused on a caring and professional nursing environment.
About the Role
Axis Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a care home for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join their dedicated nursing team.
The role requires an RGN passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care to residents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their health, safety, and wellbeing.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records for thorough documentation.
- Develop and review care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best clinical practices.

Qualifications
- Valid NMC Registration as a Registered General Nurse (Adult).
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant UK nursing experience is required.
- Previous care home experience is desirable.
Skills
Required
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and person-centred approach to resident care.

Contract Type
- Full-Time, Permanent – based on a day shift hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
