We have an exciting opportunity for dynamic, forward-thinking Registered Nurse to join the Discharge Lounge at NHS Golden Jubilee University National Hospital.
The successful candidate will assist in the smooth discharge of patients post-surgery/procedure. This will include liaising with the wards and external agencies to ensure social care packages are in place prior to discharge.
The post holder should possess a caring and compassionate demeanor towards patients and staff, good communication skills, and display a “Can Do” attitude. The post holder must be able to prioritize conflicting demands to deliver patient and service needs.
