Location: Kingfisher House Care Home, Perth (Riverside setting along the River Tay)

Kingfisher House Care Home offers a modern, well-supported care home with 77 beds, where team members are encouraged to grow professionally while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
As a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) within our home, you will:
- Take central responsibility for clinically led care delivery
- Uphold safe, effective, and compassionate, person-centred practice across shifts
- Lead and guide a supportive care team, ensuring consistency with best practice
Key Responsibilities
Your role will include:

Comprehensive care delivery:
- Assessing residents’ needs and developing/reviewing individualised care plans
- Administering medication accurately and monitoring physical/mental health changes
- Responding promptly to changing needs with strong clinical judgement

Shift Leadership:
- Leading shifts effectively while maintaining continuity and quality of care
- Supporting and training care team members with professional guidance
- Ensuring streamlined, person-centred documentation

What We Are Looking For
- Active NMC register (RGN or RMN PIN verified)
- Strong clinical judgement with proven decision-making skills
- Leadership ability to direct shifts and mentor team members
- Excellent communication (Residents, families, colleagues, & healthcare professionals)
- +1 yrs’ experience in care homes adapted to dementia/respite care (benchmarked, but allcareer transitions welcome)
- Compassion, adaptability, and +a readiness to grow in a clinical environment
