  • Salary: RN/M1 $77,824 to $106,187 per annum (adjusted to actual hours worked)
  • Ongoing, multiple roles available (worked over a 7 day roster) 

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

Work as part of a dedicated Emergency Department team providing safe, compassionate and evidence-based care to patients with a wide range of health needs. This role involves assessing patients, developing and coordinating care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, and using clinical judgement to support positive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute to a culture of safety, learning and continuous improvement through quality initiatives, health education, supporting students and new staff, and sharing your knowledge with colleagues. With opportunities to take on team leadership responsibilities, this position plays an important role in strengthening nursing practice and delivering high-quality care to the community.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

You will……….

  • Provide safe, person-centred nursing care to patients across a diverse Emergency Department caseload.
  • Assess patient needs, coordinate care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Support team coordination, clinical decision-making and the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Contribute to education, mentoring and support for students, graduates and less experienced staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives and evidence-based nursing practice.
