Job Summary
Compassionate, professional, and flexible Agency Nurses are sought by Nurses UK Group to deliver high-quality patient care across diverse healthcare settings throughout the UK. This role involves supporting hospitals, nursing homes, residential care facilities, and community healthcare services while upholding the highest standards of clinical practice and patient wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients and residents
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
- Administer medications and treatments in compliance with clinical guidelines
- Monitor patient conditions and report any concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Follow infection prevention, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams and other professionals
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and families
- Adapt quickly to different clinical environments and shift requirements
- Uphold professional standards set by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)

Requirements
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous nursing experience in hospitals, care homes, or community settings (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong clinical and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work across various shifts (including nights and weekends)
- Commitment to delivering compassionate and person-centred care
