About This Role
Role: Registered Nurse (Full-time, Fixed Term until 31 Jan 2027, 32 hours/week)
- Shifts: AM, PM, Nights & Weekends
- Location: Edith Cavell Lifecare & Village, Sumner, Christchurch

We’re seeking a Registered Nurse with a caring attitude who can:
- Lead a team of committed caregivers to deliver high-quality compassionate care
- Develop and monitor individual care plans
- Conduct clinical assessments
- Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and GPs
- Support Clinical Services and Care Home Managers
Your Skills & Experience
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse (experience in NZ or internationally)
- Possess a current APC (Appraisal & Refresher Course)
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Have a genuine love for helping others with a friendly, positive attitude
- Demonstrate strong team support, empathy, and a drive for positive change
- Commitment to continuous learning with a solid grasp of health, safety, and care standards
