With 259 beds, over half devoted to intensive care, we serve as the regional pediatric referral centre for Florida’s west coast. Our services include:
- Advanced critical care

Unit Participation
The Critical Care Float Pool assigns staff to:
- PICU (28 beds)
- CVICU (22 beds)
- NICU (97 beds)
- CDH (15 beds)

Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Education:
- BSN from an accredited School of Nursing, preferred.
- ADN applicants considered with a commitment to earn a BSN within 36 months of hire.

Licensure:
- Active Florida RN license or Compact License.

Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months as a licensed Registered Nurse (2+ years preferred).
- Previous PICU experience is advantageous.

Certification:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification provided by the AHA.

- Salary Range: $36.62/hour (minimum) – $54.38/hour (maximum).
