At Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, our experienced and compassionate team provides expert pediatric care for infants, children, and teens with complex medical conditions. Ranked the #1 Children’s Hospital in Florida and nationally recognized in multiple specialties, we are committed to advancing pediatric healthcare through innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
As a 259-bed teaching hospital with more than half of its beds dedicated to intensive care services, we serve as the regional pediatric referral center for Florida’s west coast, providing advanced critical care, complex surgical procedures, and innovative therapies. Through strong community partnerships, we also support neonatology and pediatric services across the region.
Recognized as a Magnet® designated hospital by the ANCC, we uphold the highest standards in nursing and patient care while fostering a culture of compassion, teamwork, and professional excellence.
The NICU has 97 beds and provides care for Level II–IV patients. Staffed by more than 25 experienced neonatologists, it holds a Level IV designation from the American Academy of Pediatrics — the highest possible level — offering advanced life support and monitoring for premature and critically ill infants.

Qualifications
BSN from an accredited School of Nursing, preferred. Applicants with an Associate Degree in nursing will be considered and must obtain BSN within 36 months of hire Registered Nurse (RN) Required. Florida State or Compact License required A minimum of 6 months experience as a licensed Registered Nurse One (1)year of previous NICU experience preferred BLS certification provided by AHA

Salary Range: Minimum 36.62/hour - Maximum 54.38/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
