Our Clinical Homecare Nursing team really love what they do! Working in Partnership with our NHS colleagues to provide individualised quality nursing care to patients requiring Parenteral Nutrition and other IV therapies in the comfort of their own homes.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced nurse to work autonomously while delivering high-quality clinical care outside of a hospital setting.
If you have strong IV skills and are looking for a role that offers great flexibility and work-life balance, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Details:
Location: Working with trusts and patients in Kent & surrounding areas.
Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 40 hours over 5 days per week on a rolling rota.
The shifts are structured as split shifts to accommodate patient needs. This means you will typically work around 5 hours in the morning to disconnect patients, and another 5 hours in the evening to reconnect them, with a break in the middle of the day. Flexibility is essential; some days may be longer or shorter depending on patient visits, but overall, average out to 40 hours per week.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
