We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from £20.00 to £43.50, with flexible shifts available including day and night options. As part of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care in diverse healthcare settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote health and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor health conditions. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively. Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Educate patients and families about health management, recovery, and preventive care. Maintain accurate and confidential records complying with healthcare regulations. Adhere to health and safety standards to safeguard patients and staff. Work independently with accountability and professionalism. Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (valid NMC Pin). Experience working in the UK healthcare system. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments. Commitment to ethical, patient-centered nursing care. Outstanding Rates of Pay as an Agency Staff Nurse – RGN / RMN : Pay Rate £20.00 - £35.00 per hour EARN £1,000 to £1,500 PER WEEK AS AN AGENCY NURSE (RGN / RMN) Flexible Working: flexible shifts, Days/Nights, Weekdays/Weekends, Full or Part-time LOTS of work to choose from!
