About the Role:
Join Canberra Health Services' Cardiac and Heart Function Rehabilitation Program and make a real difference in the lives of people living with cardiovascular disease and heart failure.
We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across inpatient and outpatient settings. Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will provide assessment, education, support and counselling to help patients successfully manage their condition and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
