About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated nurse leader to join our Emergency Department Nursing Leadership Team. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Nursing – Emergency Department, you will play a key role in the strategic and operational management of the nursing workforce, including staffing, rostering and budget management.

This predominantly clinical role requires a nurse who can provide safe, high-quality patient care while demonstrating strong leadership and accountability. You will support and develop nursing staff, contribute to workforce planning, and help ensure the efficient operation of a busy Emergency Department.
