About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care while supporting residents to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

This is a busy and rewarding role that offers genuine job satisfaction and the opportunity to make a real difference every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred care and support to our residents.
  • Ensure the ongoing health, wellbeing, and safety of residents.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical developments and best practice.
  • Safely manage, administer, and record medication, including controlled drugs and oxygen, in line with NMC requirements and company procedures.
  • Understand and follow Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults policies and procedures, reporting concerns appropriately.
  • Accurately maintain resident records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrate positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
  • Undertake additional duties as required to support excellent service delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous nursing experience.
  • A valid NMC PIN.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
  • A commitment to promoting residents' interests, independence, and quality of life.

  • Pay: £23 per hour
  • Night shifts.
  • 24, 36 or 48 hours per week, including weekends (part-time and bank opportunities also available).
