Registered Nurse - Nights
Location: Hylton Grange, Sunderland Contract Type: Full time or part time (Nights) Salary: £20.94 per hour

About Hylton Grange
- Part of Exemplar Health Care, a leading provider of adult nursing care
- Supports 30 adults with complex mental health needs and neuro-disabilities, including Huntington’s disease and Parkinson’s disease
- Facilitates rehabilitation from hospitals or secure settings to community-based living
- Offers long-term support for those with degenerative or life-limiting illnesses
About the Role
A high-skilled Registered Nursing position where you’ll drive holistic care and assist in maximising independence.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll provide 高标准护理 your daily duties will include:
- Assessing, planning, and implementing care for individuals
- Delivering 人性化 and evidence-based nursing care
- Developing and managing needs-based care plans
- Safe medication administration
- Promoting health and wellbeing
- Acting as Nurse in Charge of a unit during shifts
- Managing bespoke support needs for individuals demonstrating challenging behaviour
- Championing choice, dignity, and respect

Qualifications & Skills
- Hold a valid NMC PIN (First-Level Nursing Registration)
- Experience as an Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disability Nurse
- Ability to coach, teach, and support colleagues with expertise
- Calm, firm approach to challenging situations and behaviours
- Passionate about nursing best practices
- Demonstrated clinical, assessment, and discharge knowledge
- Understanding of Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards
