We’re on the hunt for compassionate, dedicated professionals to join our Plymouth team as Nurses—the superheroes of excellent care, supporting residents and families with unwavering dedication.
Key Responsibilities (Your Impact Matters!)
Ensure the highest standard of personalised care with:
- Care assessment & planning: Delivering full care needs assessments for all clients, aligning with NMC guidelines and company policies.
- Direct nursing care: Providing skillful health supervision and hands-on care when required.
- Medication & record-keeping: Administering prescribed medicines and documenting dosages accurately.
- Client advocacy: Safeguarding client finances and personal interests while upholding trust—and never abusing confidentiality.
- Team leadership: Training and guiding junior/new staff to uphold our high standards.
- Communication & collaboration: Building trust with clients, relatives, and our multidisciplinary team.
- Compliance & development: Attending mandatory training days on/off-site to ensure your expertise stays current.
